Typically, orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days across India.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

What fabrics do you use for your co-ord and sharara sets?
We prioritize high-quality, breathable fabrics like Liva Muslin, Cotton Silk, and premium Rayon to ensure comfort without compromising on the elegant drape of our outfits.
How do I find my perfect fit?
Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart. If you’re between sizes, we suggest going one size up for a more relaxed, modern fit.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
Our curated jewelry sets are made with skin-friendly alloys and high-quality plating. However, if you have extremely sensitive skin, we recommend wearing them for shorter durations initially.
IV. Care Instructions
How should I care for my ethnic wear?
To maintain the vibrancy of the prints and the integrity of the fabric, we recommend Dry Clean Only for heavy sets and a gentle Hand Wash in cold water for daily-wear kurtis.
How do I store my jewellery?
Store your earrings and necklaces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the airtight pouches provided by us, to prevent oxidation and maintain their shine.
II. Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Cancellation policy once an order is placed. This applies to all products, including instances of size issues. We highly recommend reviewing our size chart and ordering one size up to ensure a comfortable fit.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Returns and exchanges are only entertained in the case of manufacturing damages. To process a claim:
You must provide a Parcel Opening Video that clearly shows the damage as the package is being opened for the first time.
Claims without a clear unboxing video will not be entertained.
Contact us at support@ethnikly.in within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
How are damage claims resolved?
In the case of a valid and approved damage claim, we will ship a replacement of the same product. If that specific item is no longer in stock, you may select another product of the same value. Please note that monetary refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Why does the color look slightly different from the photo?
Since our products are sold online, there may be slight variations in color, finish, or fabric texture. these differences can occur due to professional studio lighting or the screen resolution and brightness settings of your device. We do not offer returns or exchanges based on these minor variations.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, we do not allow cancellations or refunds. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before completing your purchase.
